The NoTouch Thermometer Memory function stores 8 measurements for 64 hours after each measurement is taken. The last reading before the thermometer turns off is stored in memory. To use the Memory function, press and release the “MEMORY” button (“M”) while the thermometer is on. The LCD alternately displays the following four times: * Previous measurement.
* How many hours ago the measurement was taken.
Pressing and releasing the “MEMORY” button (“M”) again will display the measurement prior to the last measurement displayed. You can read all your stored readings by continuously pressing the memory button.
