JUT warrants this product against any defects that are due to faulty material or workmanship for a period of 24 month. The guarantee does not apply to damage resulting from improper use.

In no event shall JUT be liable for any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages in connection with the purchase or use of this product or costs over the original cost of the product.

Should repair be needed within the warranty period, send the unit to No Touch Thermometers Australia, 11 Evans Street Burwood, Vic, 3125, Australia. JUT reserves the right to replace defective product with the most comparable product currently available.

This warranty applies when used for normal household or professional use in accordance with the Instruction Manual and excludes the battery and damage to the product resulting from accident or damage resulting from misuse.

The limited warranty extends only to consumers who purchase the NoTouch Thermometer in Australia, New Zealand and the South Pacific region provided it is a unit imported by No Touch Thermometers Australia.

In order for warranty claims to be honoured, the consumer upon request must provide a purchase receipt to prove date and place of purchase.
