1) Please pull the NoTouch Thermometer out of the box and always store in the protective stand while not in use, keep it in a room (not enclosed), away from children, avoid direct sunlight, fireplace heat and direct air conditioner flow.
2) To remove your No Touch Thermometer from its plastic stand, hold the upper region of the device (where the plastic stand has a groove on the side) and gently pull it out.
