Important Notes

When the room temperature display indicates a temperature higher than 32.0¬∞C, one must push the ON button again to start temperature measurement.
When pointed at a hot object the thermometer senses temperature at a distance. To avoid erroneous reading minimize the time from thermometer “READY” to measuring.Avoid direct sunlight, fireplace heat and direct air conditioner flow while taking temperature.
Do not expose the thermometer to extreme temperatures, dust or shock.
Do not splash with water or immerse the unit in water.
Do not use the thermometer when having scarred skin or other skin disorders on the measured area.
