Important Notes

  • When the room temperature display indicates a temperature higher than 32.0¬∞C, one must push the ON button again to start temperature measurement.
  • When pointed at a hot object the thermometer senses temperature at a distance. To avoid erroneous reading minimize the time from thermometer “READY” to measuring.Avoid direct sunlight, fireplace heat and direct air conditioner flow while taking temperature.
  • Do not expose the thermometer to extreme temperatures, dust or shock.
  • Do not splash with water or immerse the unit in water.
  • Do not use the thermometer when having scarred skin or other skin disorders on the measured area.
